Anybody else sick of Yuku?

I know there are several I've spoken with that are, so I've explored other options and have found a solution that:
1) will not have all the down/slow time
2) no ads
3) is preferred by almost all the people I spoke with
4) is used by most of the other boards I visit or have seen

Not listening to the game so not sure if it's been covered, but isn't Vrolyk's goal a shortie? According to PS it's even strength but with Grover in the box @ about the 6:00 mark & the goal scored at about the 7:00 mark it should be shorthanded...although with TC scorekeeper maybe they're trying to help the Storm stats.

Also, I believe a SF win tonight, regardless of regulation or OT, will clinch the playoffs.

This year's unofficial version is done, I think. It looks like they're going with a 22 man roster so I went ahead & finished it with that. Stayed with the 12x16 size.

Ok. They can't score, they can't play d, take too many penalties, PP sucks, PK is good (since they're always on it) & the goalies can't stop the puck.

How many of us have said at least one or two of those things?

As of 3/8:
Tied for 3rd in the league in goals scored with 169.
Hartzell is 8th with 2.80 gaa, Strang is 5th with 2.68 gaa
2nd fewest PIM in the league
PP is 4th in the league
PK is middle of the...

good game tonight guys!! Your perseverance paid off.. just keep wacking at the puck and eventually it does go in....not sure why the score wasn't closer to 10

At first I thought that first goal on Rock was a miracle and we were lucky to get it, but then they kept rollin in. Guess there is a reason he is 11-17 with a 3.18 GAA.

Hell of a game. I couldn't make it to the game because of work but was able to watch on B2. Has to be tough to play that well and get stoned by a hot goalie. I'm sure Eric would love to have that first goal back as well. Second one was just a fluke.

The Farris line looked great.

The boys looked good and I'm sure will enjoy a Saturday off.

How about a list of Stampede players we'd consider goons if they played for another team?

DeMars - sure he had offensive talents but if he came in & started kicking a$$ against the Stampede, we'd all hate him
Jensen - his mirror image in BJ Greaves wasn't liked very much
Jeremy Smith - we didn't like him so much on the ice when he left & even though he was pint sized he still tried to fight every chance he got, how many other defensemen have you...

Those are the single season records for goals, assists, and points in a single season.

Do you think we will ever see those broken?

Is goaltending just too good now or do the kids that could do that kind of damage going right to college?

In recent years, no one has come close. I wonder if Barriball or Oshie had played a full season,...

Eric Hartzell & Max Strang - Sioux Falls Stampede
February 25, 2008

The duo combined to go 3-0-0 last week. Hartzell made 42 saves in a 3-2 win over Lincoln and had a shutout in a 2-0 win over Des Moines. Strang made 37 saves in a 2-1 win over Sioux City. They combined for a 1.00 GAA and a .973 SV%.
